The Dorchester excavation is run as a field school. This means you can get involved too! Whether you are an archaeology student, or just someone looking to give something new a go, we would love to have you.
Residents of the village are particularly invited to come and take an active part in the exploration of your home's history.
Registrations for the 2017 season will be opening in January 2017.
The dates for the 2017 season will be:
Undergraduate field school: Sunday 25th June - Friday 7th July
Public field schools: Sunday 9th July - Friday 14th July, and Sunday 16th July - Friday 21st July.
